Coach Sadie

I started back to running after having my second child.  I lost myself and needed to find me again as well as shed some baby weight.  I started with a run/walk program and from there  I went on to slowly build mileage and fitness.  I had found myself and was hooked on running!  I now have 127 races to date with 6 Boston Marathons, 2 Ironman, and 1 100 mile ultra.  I have been a solid middle of the packer, to a podium finisher, to fighting hard just to make a time cut off, to having a few emotional DNFs.  I know what it is like to be at all stages of fitness (including recovering from injury) as well as the fear and excitement of going after a new goal.

 

Wanting to see others fall in love with the sport, I became a certified coach thru RRCA. I am very passionate about the sport and my athletes.  This is why I do not want to profit financially from your training plan but help pay it forward by exchanging my knowledge and experience with donations directly to charities close to my heart. I would love to help you reach your goal while making the world a better place.
